I am Megan Maitland your NDIS & Allied Health Practice business and growth strategist.  ​Throughout my career, I’ve developed a genuine passion for helping small business and health practices streamline their systems, strengthen their operations, deliver great quality customer service, and improve the way they work. I believe that when your business runs efficiently behind the scenes, you gain the clarity and capacity to focus on what matters most - growth, impact, and serving your clients.

Today, I provide flexible freelance business support to a range of small businesses, allied health & NDIS practices, not-for-profits, and community organisations. My services range from everyday administration to higher-level operational support, quality systems, HR assistance, NDIS compliance & billing support, and project/program coordination.
